Detective Jose Pereira heads the Organized Crime and Gang Section in Raby. His wall is covered with photographs of juvenile offenders: young boys who act like hardened criminals and are classified as a serious threat to the community.
Blood brothers Leon and Gabriel have spent their lives building a reputation and criminal fraternity, which is now poised for domination in Raby. Leon is incarcerated in nearby Aspsas prison; Gabriel, on the outside, waits patiently for Leon’s word.
